You are encouraged to preview items and examine carefully before bidding. Preview time is by appointment, just give us a call. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. * Applicable sales tax will be charged unless you have a sales tax exemption form on file with us. * Buyer's premium will be charged. * We accept major credit/debit cards, and cash. No checks accepted. * If your credit card is declined at close of auction, payment is required by end of next business day, no exceptions. * Items left more than 14 days from pick-up date will be considered abandoned and disposed of at auctioneer's discretion, with no refund or credit. Please call to make arrangements if you need an extended pickup date. * The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. The auctioneer holds no responsibility for missed bids or system failures. * As a buyer, registering to bid through The Auction of Raleigh, acknowledges that buyer has read all terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them. * Bidders must be 18 years or older to participate in the auction. Bidders must provide address and valid cc information for payment upon completion of auction. * If shipping of items is available for the auction, it is at buyer's expense. Insurance or "Replacement Value" is encouraged for item shipping. The Auction of Raleigh is not responsible for any damage to items during shipping. * Jewelry purchases requesting shipping will only be shipped to the address on file in HiBid, and buyer must provide front and back copy of credit card used in transaction. Pickup for this auction will be Friday, January 27, 11:00 to 6:00 pm, at 6913 Capital Blvd, Raleigh 27616. Shipping via USPS for REASONABLE sized items is available for this auction. Any items not picked up within 14 days of end of auction will be considered abandoned, and will become the property of The Auction of Raleigh for disposal with no refund or credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
